Good Sunday Morning!
Christmas gatherings can be stressful, can’t they? Gifts are given and compared. Some are envious of what others receive while some gifts are shall we say are “less useful” or perhaps may even be a “regifted” item you recognize from last year’s party. It’s not about the gifts we give and receive amongst us. Even if your Christmas celebration doesn’t go exactly as you had hoped, remember that God has a plan, and He will use all things for the good of those who love Him. (Rom. 8:28) We will never run out of God’s love for us. He sent the greatest gift ever to all mankind-Jesus, His Son. He is the gift we are to share again and again
?Father God, You always know what’s best for us. Please teach us to be flexible when things don’t go as planned at our holiday gatherings this year. You are a perfect God, and we are Your imperfect children. Remind us it’s really all about Jesus! Show how we can share the love of Jesus this year at every gathering we attend. Let us remind everyone why we celebrate. Amen.
